Update below: Worst haircut I've ever had in my life. You get what you pay for. I'm not sure why they don't have less experienced stylist work under supervision but the person who cut my hair said she knew how to do a fade but then proceeded to ask me how to cut a fade. She said she had just started there. I got my haircut on 8/26 around 4 pm. I have to go and pay someone else to fix it. She was polite though and I still tipped $9 but the cut was trash. Hire better people. Update: called the customer service line and the owner of this location reached out to me directly and invited to come in so she could fix it. Went in today and she got me in the chair quickly and the fade I got looks immaculate now. Thank you for making the problem right. Great service
