Made my appointment online and when I got there I was greeted with "hello welcome to great clips " I told the lady that I already made a appointment online and she took me right in. It was a very pleasant experience and I likecthe fact that they keep track of what kind of haircut you get. Makes no stress for me to remember

Got my first haircut in over 2 years. Ended up taking way too much off, but whatcha gonna do?! I was one of the last customers and my stylist was ready to go home. Also she got excited and maybe a bit over zealous cutting my hair. It was easily over 12" cut. I did say I wanted to keep my hair over my eyes and in the end my Hair sits above my eyes and is now an awkward length to manage lol. But I'm not mad. It's just hair. And I look like I'm in middle school again 😅 overall good experience
