I was in 01/16/2026 @ 9:45am. Got right in and Jovanna was the person who cut my hair!!!! She nailed it 5-stars perfection...she was polite and did an awesome job! Management needs to give her great raise in pay! U will see my smiling face again when it's time for my next hair cut... Billie. : )

I always come in here to have my hair cut and Iv never been disappointed. This is a bit different. As a man, I was a bit concerned about asking a chain store for a beard trim. Typically, they say go to an actual barber. But, I went for the jump. I was absolutely blown away how specific and detailed this lady was. She spent a good 15-20 minutes going over every single part of my beard and mustache like a master shelf cooks lobster. The detail was incredible and the results show. I sure wish I got her name but take it for what it's worth, they know their stuff here. I figure this store being in a nicer area demands a higher standerd then usuall, as Iv had slight issues with other great clips. This is my store and will always be.
