Update: I am updating my initial review from three stars to five because of the wonderful customer service after my initial visit. Great Clips reached out to me and offered me a free haircut to make things right, but since I didn't need another haircut, they gave my son Daniel a cut and a wash for free! Now he's all ready to go for his law enforcement class at West-Mec, and for our spring break trip! The haircut I got turned out okay, but it certainly wasn't what I asked for. I had requested an undercut, and apparently the stylist didn't understand what that was or know how to do it. So, I just ended up receiving a basic standard haircut. That was fairly disappointing being that I had been growing my hair out for almost a full year, and don't know that it will ever be that long again.

Anthony is the absolute best stylus ever! I have been cutting my own hair for roughly 40 years because I do not trust hair stylists. They always seem to want to cut more hair off than you want. I am now on my third visit with Anthony.. He understands how to cut layered hair, curly hair, and listens. I hope he doesn't leave because then I have to follow him wherever he goes.😁💪💯

Miranda is a great stylist! She is so friendly and kind. Anthony is a great stylist as well! He went above and beyond to make my haircut perfect and I had a great conversation with him. Update Feb 28: When I walked in, a hair stylist (don’t know her name) started with my haircut. She had absolutely no courtesy, no smile and just wanted to get done with my haircut in a rush. I have scalp psoriasis so I requested her to go slow and her blunt response was “Thats how I do my job”. So arrogant, I was frustrated to see this stylist being so rude and inconsiderate. And then she said that someone else will cut my hair. I just told her to her face with my raised voice that she was being very arrogant. Another staff member obviously only noticed my raised voice, ignored that stylist’s behavior and asked me to leave. But I just went and sat in the waiting area until another stylist named Linda offered to complete my haircut. I got reminded that Linda had cut my hair in the past and she was very friendly back then so I went ahead. Linda did not disappoint me, she was absolutely courteous, friendly and considerate and really took good care of me and completed my haircut. Thanks Linda for saving the day for me.
