This was my first visit. I liked the reviews and was looking for a new hairdresser so I made an appointment. It really was a lovely experience. I liked that there was only Rachael there, it was peaceful and relaxing. She gave me a lovely glass of chilled water with cucumber which was very welcome. She listened to what I wanted doing and she explained the steps. I have asked for a shaggy cut many times in the past, and thanks to Rachael I finally got what I wanted. She absolutely got me and we had a great chat about our 'big hair' many years ago. I will definitely return.

I have been going to Gronn for a couple of months now after moving to the area and I have had the same hairdresser for years, but now I trust Rachel completely when it comes to my hair! She's done a wonderful job every time, she's very lovely with her recommendations and she always takes her time to make sure that you are 100% comfortable. I fully recommend both her and the salon, you won't be disappointed (Bonus points - it smells like heaven there and she has the best sense of humour)

I have used Rachael's services for over 2 years now. She is amazing! I love the ethos of the salon and as a fellow vegan - I am so grateful to Rachael for running such a sustainable business. She is an excellent example to us all who are trying to do our bit for the environment. Back to hair services - Rachael is very attentive and a great listener. She makes sure that she really understands what you want. Rachael is also great at coming up with suggestions - if you are not quire sure what you want. You can be sure that whatever she recommends will look fab on you! I started with hairstyling about a couple of years ago and have now transitioned to colour as well. All I can tell you is that my hair looks and feels amazing. My visits are very relaxing and rejuvenating. Just got home from a few hours at the salon - and I absolutely love my hair! Thank you so much, Rachael! You are a master of your craft! Truly!
