I've gone to Groom House twice now. I used to have medium short hair and stuck to barbershops, but after growing my hair out, I decided it was time to try out a men's salon. I found Groom House on google, but naturally was a bit nervous because I didn't really know what to ask for. I scheduled a cut with Vicky and it was the best decision I could have made. For one, her and the other stylists are very welcoming and kind which makes for a comfortable environment. The entire experience is personal as they ask about you and get you know you beyond a surface level client-stylist relationship. The experience starts off with a hair-wash mixed in with a massage which is really great. For the cut, Vicky knew exactly what would suit me, and of course taking my opinions into consideration when crafting my style. There was never a doubt or fear of what she was doing. Every time I've left the studio, I've felt fantastic with the work she's done. I highly recommend this hair salon. 100/10.

Very impressed with both stylists. They took time and paid attention to detail. I also really loved the wash experience. That room is very zen. I like that it’s enclosed and has relaxing spa music playing. The person who washed my hair (I believe her name was Alice) did a great job taking her time and massaged my scalp and around my eyes. I appreciated the rinse out after the cut without having to ask. I will be a repeat customer.

Vicky is amazing! I have a very hectic and demanding job. Getting a haircut and massage from Vicky is part of my self-care routine. I am able to completely unplug and enjoy a top of the line stylish cut and an incredibly relaxing massage. I very highly recommend her.
