Came for the first time to H2O and the service was impeccable. All staff were friendly and welcoming when arriving. I had Kate as my hairdresser, she was very accommodating with all of my skin allergies by washing my hair with shampoo that I brought from home (so I wouldn’t have an allergic reaction). Also I wasn’t sure how I wanted my hair cutting and she gave me great suggestions on what would suit me and the end result was better than I could have imagined. Definitely will come again (:

I got my hair done by Mel and had the most amazing experience! I wanted to get all the yellow tones out of my hair and the brief was understood perfectly! I had patch tests and sample strands done. This made me feel comfortable that I would be fine with the products used and happy with the overall colour choices. I am in love with the results and have had SO many compliments!
