Lauren was amazing! I just donated 26 inches of hair a couple months ago. Previous to donating my hair I hadn't had haircut in about 9 years. So today, I was extremely nervous coming in and had trouble picturing myself with short hair again. Lauren did a fantastic job at making me feel comfortable, informed, and like I looked good. On top of that she provided me with an amazing haircut! I think it captures exactly what I asked for! Would most definitely come back after receiving her service. Also, good vibes, provided warm coffee and a clean environment.
