I needed someone to fix my hair after a failed hairstyle from another hair salon. It was my first time at Hahn's and I explained my dilemma - disliked my hairstyle at the time and I knew to fix it, I would need to cut quite a bit off (but I was trying to grow my hair long again). The staff were friendly and explained my options. I opted for something in the middle and walked out quite happy with the result. The staff were very helpful and the owner was transparent with pricing. I returned the next day to get the front cut shorter (coz sometimes you have to just go shorter and start again) and Hahn adjusted without charging me. You know it's a good hair appointment when you walk out feeling fabulous, and I've felt that every time I walk out of this hair salon, for colour too.
