Natalia is an ARTIST, a COLOR EXPERT and provides OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE to her clients! I have searched for years for someone to really "understand and identify" the best color, highlight, cut and hair care for my hair and Natalia has taken my hair from over processed, dull, and thinning to HEALTHY, RICH, STYLISH and GORGEOUS! I LOVE her! Recently I went to a salon and spent over 400 dollars on what was supposed to be a balayage from a "balayage expert". My hair was ruined. The girl killed my hair from over processing. My hair was orange dead and brassy. I was devastated. I reached out to Natalia and showed her how damaged my hair was. She sat down with me and gave me suggestions on how to help the state of my hair weeks before my appointment. After my first appointment she made my hair look alive again. She has so much knowledge about what she does and is the most kind hearted person. Instead of promising me unrealistic results she actually told me how my hair was really going to come out to be because of the severe damage that had been done previous to seeing her. After just one appointment she made my hair look gorgeous again! I asked her opinion on what kind of color and cut I should do and her face lit up with excitement as she threw out some suggestions. Not only is she amazing at color but she is ridiculously good at cutting hair. She is such a talented woman and will forever be my stylist from this point on!
