Best experience! As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted warmly and directed to my seat. Then I met the senior stylist Arami who is bubbly and made me feel welcome. We went through expectations and final outcome. Arami also thoroughly explained the products that would help my hair thrive and maintain brightness. Arami was honest and professional. I was kept hydrated throughout my visit with complementary beverages. The whole experience from the consultation, colour, wash, massage, hot towel and easy conversation made the experience exceptional!
