Chelsea is outstanding! She blended and hid my grays with a tone (some call it glaze or gloss). It will last around 6 weeks and will wash without the stark roots showing the way color does. The toner was spread on my hair for 20 mins, then wash, deep conditioning, and Victoria secret blowout. $120. Great service and energy at this salon!

I got my haircut here earlier in the week, with a 50% off promotion. Despite making an appointment in advance, my stylist seemed rushed. I was not asked how I would like my hair cut, my stylist started right in on a cut I disliked. I tried to request changes once the stylist was coming to the end of the cut. I asked for more layering and a more wavy cut, but she told me she already cut my hair as a bob style. Since I was getting a discount, I choose to live with it. After a few days, my daughter wanted a haircut, so I took her to the same salon. The staff was friendly and welcoming to my daughter. I asked if one of the stylists could fix my hair and the young woman with red hair offered to fix it. She took the time to find out what I wanted and did a great job. She worked on my hair close to my daughter, so she wouldn't be alone. I appreciated the time she took ro fix my hair and gave me a cut I like. It's a bit shorter than I originally wanted, but it will grow back the right way, and it's not a bob! My daughter liked her cut too, she had a big smile the rest of the afternoon.
