Shirley did a wonderful job. I felt treated with a relaxing scalp massage with the wash & styled blow dry. I showed her inspo pics and she asked questions like more or less and nailed the look! She also picked up on me being quiet and didn’t push conversation and seemed friendly with her coworkers as well.
