Just want to say a HUGE thank you to Molly & Maddy what lovely girls your are, I’m so happy with my hair and feel beautiful again! Molly & Maddy work amazing as a team and their friendship really shines in the work place, Molly took her time and had so much patience explaining everything to me, her professionalism and team leader skills are brilliant and Maddy’s customer service skills really out stands with how much she compliments her customers and makes them feel comfortable. I can’t remember the apprentice name I am sorry but she was lovely too! She worked so hard from start to finish constantly cleaning and tidying up and offering drinks. What a beautiful team, me and my sister will definitely be back❤️ THANK YOU! My fiancé LOVED my hair!!! Xxx

Massive thankyou to Amber, Jayda, Daisy at the Solihull shop. I had a complete re colour with highlights, root smudge and toner. The salon makes you feel so comfortable and welcoming. Been having my hair done by Michelle for a few months now. She is so lovely and very talented! Always so happy with my hair when she does it. She always gets it just how i wanted it, and knows exactly what to do to achieve the results i want. We always have a laugh and i always feel so relaxed in the salon. Mollie is amazing we have known her for 2yrs she has done my child's hair and followed her from her previous place. She has done my wife's hair in the past as well. She is kind considerate and really cares about the customer and that they are getting what they need right from consultation. Her last visit (see pic) she kindly styled and cut it as we had a birthday meal to attend and Mollie you did amazing 😍 For our daughter she has ensured that our child is comfortable first then checked with us that we are happy. Due to her knowing our child's hair needs she listens both to our child and to what we have asked and then advises what is best and all the time her suggestions have been best. Our child is fussy with hair dressers and Mollie from day one put her at ease and now she always asks to see Mollie for her hair. Iv said it before and I'll continue to say it thank you Mollie for everything with her hair and my wife's( Tanya) the 3 of us thank you

Visited this salon for the first time today for hair extensions. First time. Molly was great, checking in on me during the entire process and talked me through what she was doing and after care. My hair looks amazing. I am very happy. Would definitely recommend Molly and the salon. Thank you ❤️
