Recently had a haircut with Felicity and i had the absolute best experience! She was extremely friendly, had great conversations with and did a brilliant job on my hair. I went to have a permanent hair straightening treatment completed. Keira was fantastic, from start to finish she explained everything that was happening, what products were being used, how long they would have to be on etc. She was very professional and very friendly all the way through, it wasn't a quick procedure to complete as i have a lot of hair! Yet she maintained her friendly/professional manner all the way through. And to add to that, she is now a fully qualified hair stylist!! Thankyou so much Keira, I absolutely love my hair.

Couldn’t recommend Maisie enough, she is absolutely incredible and gets it perfect every single time! She’s so lovely, talented, and truly listens to exactly what you want. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair ❤️ The Hair Lounge is such a beautiful, welcoming space too - you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The whole experience is always amazing from start to finish!

Keira made me feel comfortable from literal start to finish. I felt welcomed and in safe hands. It had been a while since I felt comfortable enough to go and get my hair done as it had become very unhealthy and I’m glad I took a leap of faith because it was really worth it!
