I’ve been going to Kelsey for about three years now. Whether I’m going for platinum, a lived in blonde, or even brown, Kelsey always sees the vision while keeping my hair healthy. I genuinely look forward to my appointments. Kelsey and the whole Hair Chiasso staff couldn’t be nicer and they always make sure to get you booked no matter how hectic your schedule might be. After just one appointment with Amy, I could already tell a huge difference in the health of my hair. Throughout the entire appointment she shared helpful tips and tricks on how to better care for it, which I really appreciated. I’m currently prepping for my wedding and was recommended to see her, and I have not been disappointed. She was so easy to talk to and made the whole experience really comfortable. She even helped me find someone to color my hair before the wedding and recommended someone she thought would be a great fit personality-wise, which was incredibly thoughtful. It’s been a few weeks since my appointment and my hair still feels healthy. Usually the “new hair” feeling goes away shortly after leaving the salon, but Amy really focused on long-term hair health rather than just a quick fix.
