EDIT: Updated to 4 stars after speaking with Guest Services. Awesome customer service all around. I spent $360+ and unfortunately, was not able to achieve the style I hoped for. The color lifted decently at my roots, but my ends were brassy, and the highlights didn't really take. The result was kind of an inverted balayage look. (My appointment was for a balayage.) I let my stylist know I was hoping for a different result and was advised to let it grow out... I called back to request a correction, and my stylist was very sweet about it! She even stayed late to fix it, and I'm grateful for her time. The end result is more even, however, still significantly darker and duller than I wanted. I'm sorry to be writing this review, because my stylist was nice and made an effort on my hair, but the end result didn't deliver.
