I had the most amazing experience at Hairworx and honestly loved every single part of it. Charmaine was absolutely wonderful — I had a Gua Sha facial and an Indian head massage and it was pure bliss. So relaxing, beautifully done, and I left feeling completely refreshed. She’s brilliant at what she does and genuinely lovely too. After that I had a wash and blow dry with Summer and my hair looked and felt beautiful — smooth, bouncy, and styled perfectly. I felt so pampered from start to finish and walked out feeling amazing. Such a fantastic experience all round, I couldn’t recommend them enough and I’ll definitely be back.

Took my little boy for a haircut today and we had such a brilliant experience! We showed Tannis a picture of what we roughly wanted, and she matched it perfectly. She was so professional, patient, and incredibly speedy, ideal when dealing with a wriggly toddler! The little car he got to sit in was a fantastic touch and kept him completely distracted and happy throughout. His haircut looks great and we left with a big smile. Highly recommend! ✂️🚗😊

I was anxious going into my appointment today as I was having a pretty extreme chop. I had a vision of what I wanted and Lisa delivered and then some! I felt so at ease and able to say which bits I wanted to change and Lisa listened and gave me the pixie cut I wanted. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and I absolutely love my new hair ❤️

If you're looking for a relaxing, friendly, family feeling salon, look no further! I'm usually very uncomfortable in salons, but this place is amazing. Everyone is professional and kind and makes you feel like you belong. Shania did my hair (for the first time in a long time) and I couldn't have been happier. I travelled for 40 minutes to get there and would do it again in a heart beat - in fact, I'd walk!
