I visited Halo Salt Cave in Kingston for my birthday with my husband and son, and it was such a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit feel even more special. The Himalayan salt room was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. It was one of the most relaxing environments I’ve ever been in. Breathing felt so easy and refreshing in there — you can truly feel the difference. It was the perfect way to slow down, unwind, and celebrate together as a family. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed, and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a unique and calming experience!

I am so grateful I was led to Halo Salt Cave and spa. My experience here was simply incredible. My entire family felt the benefits of the family salt room and my 8 year old didn't want to leave. The sound bath was such a peaceful experience to follow the salt cave and I was blown away by how perfectly the compression paired with the table that had built in vibrations synced with the sound, perfection. I am just grateful for finding this Halo salt cave, and I can't wait to go back.

I wasn’t expecting such a professional, and well appointed facility. The salt cave and ion foot bath was extremely relaxing. I highly recommend Halo Salt Cave &Spa for anyone wanting an hour or two of de stressing and relaxation. Will definitely be back.

I visited Halo for the first time last year on August 24th 2024. I specifically was searching out salt caves on Google, because I could tell that I was beginning to become compromised with something respiratory, and already being on an inhaler for over a year from a previous battle with covid, I wasn't going to let this get a foothold. I could not find any salt caves in the Knoxville area where I live, that were as fully involved floor to ceiling as this one, not to mention so beautiful and calming to be in. I enjoyed taking a tour of this tranquil spa, which is very vibrant and lively but also very calming to be in. I did a 45-minute session in the peace and quiet. I was the only one in the Salt cave. I went home home that night and woke up the next morning and realized that I did not have to use my inhaler to sleep for the first time in over a year, and the next night and the next week and the next month, and here I am 6 months later, asthma free after one salt cave session!

One of our friends mentioned Halo to us and mentioned they had a family room, which I was excited about! My toddler (4) was having some bad allergies, and I heard a salt room could help. The environment was so calming and clean. The staff was also really friendly. This really helped my mood, my toddlers mood and his airways started clearing up too. Definitely coming back again!
