I came in to get my haircut fixed that I just received 30 minutes prior at a different location. The staff was respectful and eager to help me get my hair corrected, especially after a bad experience. Malik did his best and turned a bad haircut into something that was very nice. The service was professional and they helped turn a bad moment into a good one.

First visit and absolutely impressed! My wife gifted me this experience, and I’m so glad she did. I usually just get a quick beard trim at my local barber, so this was a real treat. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and given a quick tour of the space, which I really appreciated. My artist was Khrystyna, and that title couldn’t be more fitting—she’s truly an artist! She did an incredible job, and my beard has never looked this good. I’ll definitely be coming back on a regular basis. If you’re hesitating because of the price, don’t. It’s worth every penny! And if you want an exceptional experience, ask for Khrystyna—you won’t be disappointed.

Let me start out by saying I went to the wrong location. Upper Arlington immediately took me in as I was scatterbrained from my wedding tomorrow. Malik did an amazing job and you can tell he cares about what he does and enjoys what he does. You want that look you saw on on social media? They'll give it to you while making sure you are pampered. I'm going back and that's a promise.
