I’m from out of town, and this is easily the nicest hand and stone I’ve ever been to! Ken was phenomenal, plus they gave me a warm wrap for my neck while I waited for my appointment and they had a hair tie when I didn’t have one! Jamie massaged my fiance (she’s SO PICKY!) and we both agreed they were easily some of the best massages we’ve ever had. I wish I could pick up this location and move it home!

I began visiting the Cherry Creek location about a year ago, and the team has consistently gone above and beyond in educating me about my membership—explaining how to redeem credits, put memberships on hold, and even transfer credits. Each visit has been an excellent experience and has set a high standard of service for me. On August 14th, I decided to treat myself to some much-needed self-care after a long work week. I had been looking forward to this all week, but of course, things didn’t go as planned and I ended up running late with patients. When I called—flustered and rushing—Fathia calmed me down right away, reassured me, and reminded me to arrive safely. Upon walking in, I was greeted with her warm smile and immediately felt at ease. My first service was a facial with Carli, and let me tell you—she delivered! Her attention to detail, tips and tricks, and overall energy made the experience unforgettable. I look forward to booking with her again. My second service was a deep tissue massage with Vanessa, which was truly transformative. She was incredibly aware of the unique needs of a dancer’s body, and her care and presence made all the difference. And of course, I have to give a special shoutout to Ursula! Even though Cherry Creek is not my “home” location, she went above and beyond to guide and educate me, and I can’t thank her enough for her support. Joli, thank you for cultivating such a dynamic team who truly sees people and consistently provides such a high level of service. I am so grateful for the experiences I’ve had at Cherry Creek and wanted to make sure the team is recognized for the impact they make.
