I’ve been a member over 10 years. Kevin is my go to guy for massages. If you like firm pressure he’s the best. Brenton is another favorite but I haven’t been to him in years. Ayanna (?) at the front desk always takes care of me. Can’t go wrong with any service here, but try the cold stone facial—it’s surprisingly refreshing.

What a fantastic first facial! The positive energy started right at the front desk and continued throughout the entire experience. The facial was phenomenal, and the massage was deeply relaxing. I was impressed from the very beginning, as the person who helped me book over the phone was incredibly professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and informative. Because of the exceptional staff at the Beachwood location, I'm definitely looking into a membership, and I'm happy to travel there even though there's a closer location

I have received a facial and a massage at this Beachwood location and if I could give this place 100 stars ⭐️ I WOULD! It’s clean, the vibe is relaxing and the front desk employees are always so friendly and helpful . Vincent did my massage and it was hands down the BEST massage I’ve ever had in my life ! His technique is next level and it blew my expectations away. I’ve already booked another appointment! 🗓️ Nicole did my facial and she worked her magic. She offered me the hydrofacial upgrade and I’m so glad I listened bc my skin was GLOWING ! 10/10 recommend this specific location !

The staff were all amazing. Everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable. The rooms were very nice and I liked that they gave me a little tour since I’d never been there before. My massage therapist was also very very nice. It just wasn’t the best massage I’ve ever had. I asked multiple times for a firm massage and it felt more like a light rub. Also when she asked me what areas were bothering me the most I told her my back and shoulders but she spent the majority of the massage working on my arms and legs. It was a relaxing experience and I enjoyed talking with the staff, but I probably wouldn’t go back because my back didn’t really feel any different.

I went to the Beachwood, OH location and the aesthetic here is lit (i.e. it's beautiful in there!) Also my service from the moment I called (spoke with Nayana) to my check-in & check out with Nayana (what are the odds?!) was simply impeccable. I see why they have her at the tip of their spear. I found her warm, informed, accomplished, and professional. Helpful, answered my myriad of questions without getting exasperated! Me and my guest (massage & facial) were very well taken care of. The overall experience was excellent.
