Customer Reviews for Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa
Ragnar Bolin — 5/5 (via Google)
I have had membership with different companies throughout the years, I own a business myself and WOW I would recommend this specific location to anyone everywhere. If you aren’t close it’s worth the drive for amazing service. The quality of masseuse’s, aestheticians, front staff, and management is next level. Lilly is the Head spa manager, she runs this location like it’s her own personal business. Front staff is absolutely welcoming, educational, and truly cares about your experience. Maddie is my masseuse (although I have used several people When she was out on leave and could say the same for all), She listens to your needs and wants to ensure you are walking out of there 100% satisfied. I could go on and on, but I think you get the point if you haven’t been to this location or looking for something new, you won’t be disappointed!

Top notch service and skills…. From check in with Crystal, to the best hands in ARIZONA by Ja’Mari!!! Great massage! He did so good and was very professional. You can tell he really enjoys his career and is very passionate. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!

I’ve had several massages at this location using my Membership and have yet to be disappointed! Each therapist I have tried has been professional and has great technique. My favorite therapist can sometimes be hard to get with but the receptionists are very knowledgeable and pair me with the next best thing. All staff are friendly and welcoming and I already have my next three booked.

Masseuses and estheticians are both amazing. If you and your spouse are both members, not only are your memberships discounted, but you have access to the couples massage room at no extra charge. Everything is always very clean and relaxing. The girls at the front desk are sweet and professional but also just spunky enough to keep things interesting. Their array of available products are incredible and actually reasonably priced for the quality they are. Love my girl Katie! She’s one of the best there is! Have been here several times and will continue coming again and again.
