I got a membership to this Hand and Stone location and have seen Kang 3 times for a massage. He is excellent, I prefer firm pressure and that's what he gives me; many times at other facilities the pressure is just not enough for my tight muscles. Thanks Kang!

I had membership at this location for many years and had a really terrible experience and stopped coming. I had a gift card that I had to use at this location specifically so I returned and honestly, this place has turned around 360. The Director Brandi is super super nice and helpful. Listened to an old concern that I had with my membership & was willing to try to find a solution. Flexible and overall just has exceptional customer service. My massage therapist Keng Lee was really good. Excellent with every sense of the word. Highly highly recommend and will be coming back for sure. Such a positive environment too.

I had such a great experience at Hand & Stone this afternoon. Kang did an amazing job with my hot stone massage. From the start, he made sure I was comfortable and checked in throughout the session, which I really appreciated. He also explained what he was doing along the way, and that made me feel completely relaxed and at ease. I went in with tension and pain in my neck and shoulder, and I could honestly feel a noticeable difference by the time I left. I also have to mention the ladies at the front desk. They were so kind and understanding when we realized there was a booking mistake (totally my fault). They handled it with patience and professionalism. Overall, I had such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Kang!
