Laura at hand and stone is the best massage I’ve ever had. She has knowledge of anatomy and pressure points and can do simple tricks that make a huge impact. I’ve had a tight neck and upper back my whole life and she has helped me to loosen it. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience. Front desk Brandon is amazing to watch. He’s great at what he does. My therapist, AinSoph knew exactly what he was doing, I’ve never had a massage where my knots were WORKED OWT!!! I enjoyed this thoroughly. AinSoph has such a beautiful energy and made this a great visit.

I saw an ad on Facebook for a discounted service and decided to give it a try. Turns out it was a good idea! Someone called me almost immediately after I finished the online survey and helped me set up an appointment. They even offered something like a BOGO deal and helped me sign up for a discounted facial as well. The massage was great and I think I accidentally fell asleep for a moment, sorry! Then onto the facial, it was a lot of fun and truly relaxing! I even asked for the music to be turned off and that was no problem, it helped me focus on my relaxation and calmness. They have a membership deal and more offers too - check it out!

We had a fantastic experience at the Hand and Stone Chicago (Lincoln Ave). There were 4 of us, and they got us in for back-to-back appointments so that we could all come together. Better yet, they even let us bring snacks into the lobby so we could eat and chat while others were getting their service. All 4 of us had facials, and had an incredible experience. Our estheticians were friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy or trying to sell us stuff we don’t need. They recommended services that we could benefit from, and showed us products that they used, but did not push us to purchase anything we didn’t want. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful as well. All around great experience!
