I felt inclined to leave this review after a recent appointment during a very emotionally difficult time in my life. While the services themselves are good, there are some issues that are hard to ignore. During my facial, the towel robe looked very old and worn. It was hard not to notice holes and rips in the sheets and blanket, and the velcro on the robe kept popping open, which made it uncomfortable and distracting. The reason I continue to come back has everything to do with the front desk, management, and the providers. They are truly the heart of this spa. From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted with warmth and genuine care, and I’m treated like a person rather than just another appointment on the schedule. Jessyka, my massage therapist, is always amazing. She consistently makes me feel comfortable, safe, and at ease, while also providing an incredible experience every visit. SUPER FUNNY! The kindness shown by Darlin meant more to me than I can properly explain. After a family loss, she took the time to comfort me and remembered months later. Recently, during one of my appointments, she gave me a condolence card, which was something unexpected. That level of thoughtfulness is rare. Her presence is calm and genuine, and it makes a real difference in that place. Despite my previous issues and wanting to cancel my membership, the staff has gotten a lot better, and because of that, I’m happy I gave them a second chance. Jessica is just as special. She is patient, kind, and genuinely nice, she makes booking appointments feel welcoming rather than transactional. As someone who was formerly a provider in this industry, I notice these things, and I can honestly say I have never seen two brighter souls at a front desk than Darlin and Jessica. It’s disappointing that the physical condition of the building doesn’t reflect the level of care the staff provides. This spa has rare gems working here, and the dedication of the team is the reason I continue to return. This location deserves to be noticed.
