Customer Reviews for Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa
Samantha Ballara — 5/5 (via Google)
I had a full body massage done with Norka and when I say it was fantastic that is an understatement! She made sure the pressure was good throughout the massage and hit all the areas very thoroughly. I walked out feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I would book with her again. Service at the front desk was also very nice and informative.

I just came back from an hour massage with Norka and it was unbelievable. Her professionalism, communication skills and techniques were marvelous. You must continue hiring reliable experienced therapists like her. Definitely coming back
Richard Wize — 5/5 (via Google)
Great experience. Norka was very thorough in listening to what was bothering me before my massage. She incorporated the massage to meet my immediate needs. I really appreciated that. She always asked if I was comfortable and if the session was not meeting my satisfaction. You can guarantee I will be going back and asking for Norka specifically in the future. She was the best. Thank you, Norka!

I just finished my facial with Amy at Hand & Stone, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. From the moment she began, I could feel how incredibly gentle and intentional her hands were. She has such a calm, soothing touch that instantly puts you at ease. My skin looks absolutely fantastic — refreshed, glowing, and so healthy. You can tell she takes real pride in her work and pays attention to every detail. And the massage? Simply amazing. It was the perfect balance of relaxing and rejuvenating. I left feeling pampered, cared for, and completely renewed. Beyond her skill, Amy is such a charming and warm presence. She makes the entire experience feel personal and special. Hand & Stone should be so proud to have someone so talented, professional, and genuinely kind representing them. If you’re considering booking a facial, do yourself a favor and ask for Amy — she is exceptional. Jeanette Z.
