Customer Reviews for Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa
Lisa Combs — 5/5 (via Google)
Got a much needed massage today with Tyler. He asked what my concerns were and area of focus and pressure I would like. He started with my back and shoulders and worked on areas no other therapist has worked on, it was great! Once he moved down to my legs and glutes he made recommendations that would help me loosen my muscles until my next appointment. His pressure was consistent throughout and he checked in periodically to make sure I was feeling ok.

This location is always great to visit, everyone is always so kind and welcoming. I see Justin and he always gives a great massage and just the right pressure. I also enjoy chatting with him during my massage, but he’s also happy to let me enjoy a quiet massage when I need it.

This was my second massage with Denise and I really enjoyed her focus her gentle nature and her knowledge. She made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way and that’s very important for someone with an autoimmune disease. She made sure pressure was comfortable and also recognized parts of my body that were needing extra attention. She was very tune. I would definitely go back for a massage from her.❤️

Absolutely 100% recommend! From start to finish, this was one of the best massage experience I’ve ever had. Jennifer and the other front desk staff were warm, kind, and welcoming, making both check-in and check-out seamless while maintaining the calm, relaxing atmosphere. I booked a same day appointment without requesting a specific therapist and was paired with Jonathan, who I cannot recommend highly enough. I came in with extreme soreness from working out, and he truly listened to my concerns, focused on my problem areas, and adjusted the massage accordingly. By the end I walked out feeling like a new person. Jonathan is professional, knowledgeable, and did an absolutely fantastic job. I’ve been to many hand & stone locations, and they’re all good, but this location in particular is truly the best!
