I recently started going to the Northville location and Toni has been doing an amazing job. Toni makes sure she understands what you’re looking for prior to getting started (she does do temperature checks doing your massage). I left feeling amazing and wait to go back.

Aleta has been amazing. I have been coming to her for my massages for years. She is always professional and kind. I have come in many times with a pain or ache and she helps each and every time. The front lobby is always clean and cozy and they are taking good steps to make it even better.

Kaitlynn, the manager of this location is one of the most professional, helpful, amazing people I've come across in retail in a long time. She is 5⭐️ customer service all the way. She goes out of her way every time I have needed help even booking me in other locations when they can accommodate my time needs. She was also very sweet and endearing when I set up an appointment for my autistic son to have a massage. Dealing with her gives me hope that there are still amazing people in this world. This was my first time patronizing this massage location and let me tell you, I first had the pleasure of being greeted by Dena who set the tone with providing great customer service. Dena informed me of the service I would receive and provided me with an overview of the variety of services offered. I then met licensed massage therapist Tevin Mack who greeted me with such professionalism that put me at ease. The massage received by Mr. Mack was amazing, relaxing and much needed. I was so impressed by the great customer service and professionalism that I enrolled in the membership program.
