Customer Reviews for Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Jennifer Yard — 5/5 (via Google) Feb 2, 2026

I had the pleasure of enjoying a facial by Elena at Hand & Stone on Thursday and it was absolutely amazing. It was my first facial in a salon, and Elena explained everything to me in a calm, professional yet friendly manner. She made me feel comfortable right away. Between her skills and the relaxing music and lighting, it was such a wonderful way to end the day. (OK it was only 5pm, but after work and a relaxing facial, let's just call it a day!) I would highly recommend Elena!

Tim Rabenold — 5/5 (via Google) Mar 10, 2026

I came in to buy a gift certificate for my wife for Valentine’s Day. She is going to get a massage. The women at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. She told me about the Valentine’s Day special, which I purchased. If the rest of the staff is as nice as they were, my wife will have a great experience. Thanks

Tricia Kopchak — 5/5 (via Google) Dec 28, 2025

Jennifer did an outstanding job! I had a facial. She explained every step and what she would be applying to my skin. Very relaxing and refreshing experience.

Tori is amazing! I tell her what is bothering me and she knows exactly how to work on those areas. I look forward to every massage that I have with her because I know if something is bothering me she will fix it. I highly recommend getting a massage from Tori.
