I had a massage with Nathan. I highly recommend him to anyone. He is very thorough with his massage and communicates well and made me feel very comfortable. I had no problems advocating for myself if pressure was too much or too little. He immediately made any changes I requested. Well worth the money for a massage. I will be booking with Nathan again.

I have been a member here for probably 10 years. During that time, the quality of service has gone down with the rising costs. Some of the techs that have been there a long time, you can tell that they’re either getting burnt out or they’re being told to do less during facials so that they can upsell. The last time I came in, I asked about a dermal infusion. I didn’t realize that they went up so much. I think it would have cost me an extra $150-180 on top of the facial which is already $89. I opted for a microdermabrasion instead. I used to get a dermal at least once every other month. I can’t anymore. The value is just not worth the cost. They also used to offer head or hand massages during the wait time (steam or mask time). They don’t anymore. I don’t go there for massages anymore since my medical covers them now, but in the past, I had to switch people so many times because all them even up leaving. I know that if/when they increase the membership costs again that I’ll really have to consider leaving and just doing my own skincare at home. Maybe consider retraining staff that might have forgotten how to stimulate flow and give a quality experiences. Over the years, a tech’s routine changes and they may not perform the best technique anymore. I’ve experienced this with nearly all of them. I used to be able to see the difference and feel rejuvenated when I left. I don’t really get that anymore and feel taken advantage of. Anyway, I’m still a member and don’t plan on leaving for the time being. But I will not be adding extras as much as I used to due to value of experience and outcome. Side note: the point system is also terrible now. Used to need 8000 points for a free basic service. Now it’s 20,000. Wow! I don’t think people realize how long that takes. At $1 per 5 points, that’s $4,000 you have to spend to get a free facial or basic massage.
