I was asking questions on behalf of my husband while I was there for my own appointment, and she was more than happy to help—patiently answering everything and making sure I fully understood my options. Her positive attitude and genuine care truly stood out. She was an absolute delight to talk to, and her kindness made the whole experience even better!

I go to Huntington location and I absolutely love it!!! The experience starts the moment you open the door with the amazing scent, and front desk team is always so friendly and helpful. And Doris, she is absolutely the BEST!!! If I could go more often I would !

My visit today to Hand & Stone in Huntington, New York (Wall Street) was wonderful as usual. I was greeted at the front desk with a warm, pleasant welcome, offered a cup of flavored water, and given a seat. Within three minutes my esthetician escorted me to a quiet room and a comfortable bed for my service. After a quick overview of the procedure and answers to a few questions, my treatment was completed within the hour. I was offered more water, scheduled my next appointment, and headed home — already looking forward to next month. Keep up the great work, Huntington!!!

I have been coming here for a couple of years. Over the past two years more regularly. As I have more me time. I wouldn’t see anybody except Viktoriya for my facial.. Not only is she easy to talk to we definitely connect on a personal level. She’s amazing in herself and she always makes me feel like 1 million bucks when I walk out the door. I highly recommend this particular Hand and Stone. The front girls are also very professional, courteous and friendly. Love this place. I’m looking forward to my next appointment in a week with Amy the massage robot. It will be my first time. Can’t wait to evaluate that situation lol I heard it’s amazing and you don’t have to tip the robot lol !

Being massaged by a robot was a unique experience and you have control of your massage which is great, if you need a quick release after a long day. The only downside is that it only does you back and legs but for some people this is all they need.
