Customer Reviews for Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa
Patrick Haines — 4/5 (via Google)
Staff was friendly pleasant and helpful. Ernie was my massage therapist and did a great job. Still noticing the effects now a week later. The services menu is a little misleading, I thought I had selected an option for a foot massage however it was for the exfoliating foot rub. Not quite what I was looking for but it was still a nice treat I wouldn't had naturally selected.

From the moment I stepped in to this Hand And Stone, the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing! The staff that greet you and get you checked in are exceptional! MaryAnn did a facial and it was one of the best ones I’ve ever received. Her knowledge and experience exceed all past facials that I’ve had before. Cody performed my massage and that too was the best I’ve ever received! I left there feeling better than I have in a very long time! The manager LeeAnn is absolutely wonderful! She greets everyone as they come in and is helpful, welcoming, and extremely professional! This Hand And Stone is above all the rest!I’m

Cody was my masseuse (1st time) and he was great. I'll schedule him for my next massage. Gigi does my facial. She's excellent.

Went here today for my first massage in years and I was extremely happy with the service provided to me. I got my massage along with an added foot and hand massage with the stones as well. Left out of here as a new woman. Thank you to my masseuse. He did a phenomenal job.

hands down, the best facial I’ve ever had and that’s all thanks to Lynn! From the second I walked in, she made me feel totally at ease with her warm, caring energy. She’s not only insanely knowledgeable about skincare, but also hilarious. I was laughing and glowing the whole time a rare combo! Lynn took the time to really understand my skin concerns and customized everything to exactly what I needed. Her technique is so soothing and precise, and the products she used felt luxurious and smelled amazing. Every step was done with genuine care, and she never rushed a single moment. What really stood out was how present and thoughtful she was throughout. She checked in often, made sure I was comfortable, and somehow managed to turn a facial into a full-on therapy session and comedy show in the best way possible! I walked out feeling refreshed, relaxed, and with skin that was literally glowing. Lynn is a true gem funny, talented, and deeply caring. If you’re thinking about booking with her… just do it. You won’t regret it!
