It's been a long time since I've had a facial, and Yuliana made my return so great! She was a pro in explaining the products and treatments she was doing (bc I asked along the way), and I was SO relaxed throughout my appointment! I left feeling rejuvenated, rested, and with beautiful porcelain skin. I'd go back to Yuli without hesitation!

UPDATE: I recently went back to this location and had a wonderful experience with a different masseuse. Sadly one of my BFFs got the guy I had last time and she described a similar experience like what I described previously. I usually love Hand & Stone and have been a member for almost a year now, but I must say I was disappointed by my recent visit at this location. I was visiting from Texas with my BFF and thought it would be nice for us to relax. I got a one hour massage. The therapist did not use enough pressure even though I asked for it. I also mentioned I needed more work on my back and shoulders, but it seemed like he spent a few minutes there and moved on. His whole technique was kind of all over the place with no flow and jumping from one random place to the next and worst of all, he did some strange technique with his elbow for my butt that was very painful. Don't know if I would return to this location. I gave one extra star for the ladies at the front who were very nice.

I’ve been to this location a few times and William is incredible. Today I had Michelle and I am still in shock how well she knew and handled the pain in my body. She recognized pain that was there that I didn’t even realize. She was kind and explained what she was feeling/doing and we were able to come up with a plan to get my body to its peak.
