I have been coming here for about two years and always have an amazing experience for both their facials and massages. Everyone is very polite and professional. They all do a phenomenal job and I always leave feeling amazing. Today I had Taresa for a massage for the first time and she was beyond spectacular. She helped alleviate tension and knots on my back that I didn’t even realize I had. She constantly checked on the pressure level, if I felt comfortable, and it was just to peaceful/pleasant. I left feeling so light and less tense! Love this place and thank you Taresa!

Thank you for a perfect experience ! Your staff was very helpful. I think the young lady is Hazel to Kim with my facial. She did an amazing job from my massage that did her hand healing on my hips. Everyone was just amazing.

I've been a member of Hand & Stone since July 2018 and have patronaged this location exclusively. I have gotten a lot of massages throughout my life due to chronic pain and fibromyalgia. I usually went for the cheapest option that had acceptable reviews. But when I tried Hand & Stone for the first time, I had a satisfactory experience and decided to join the membership program because the location is close to where I live. I believe the experience you have here will depend on your therapist/esthetician. Over time, I've found my favorites: Robin Q. for massages and Nastya V. for facials. I have experienced a lot of massages, and feel qualified to judge the efficacy of massages. Robin gives amazing massages. There is one particular one where, afterwards, I could noticeably stand up straighter! I am less experienced when it comes to facials. I cannot say whether I have gotten the most effective facials at Hand & Stone. However, they have included what I expected, including masks, extractions, and a shoulder massage. Nastya gives good shoulder massages. You can book a massage and facial back-to-back and the facility will provide you with a robe and slippers to go between rooms. It's nice. One time, I had a massage from someone new and was not satisfied with the experience. I mentioned my concerns to the person at the front desk and she let me know she was actually the manager of the facility, and she would talk with the therapist in question. She said that any feedback submitted through the website also goes to her. It's good to know that she is listening and willing to respond to concerns. Overall, I have been happy with my time at Hand & Stone. It's not the cheapest place, but it's also not the most expensive, and I think it's fair for what I get out of it. The only reason I am cancelling is because I am moving away. Otherwise, I would stick with it and I recommend it to people in the area who are looking for a favorite massage/facial facility.
