I have been coming for about a year. The membership is worth it and it keeps me up with my self care. I have been seeing Ann. C for massages for over 5 years and she started working out of H&S. She's amazing at intuitive massage and lymphatic work. I have seen Crystal for facials and she is excellent. I always leave rejuvenated.

I really like the monthly plan and my skin looked great after my facial with enhancements but I would really recommend the esthetician talk through more of what she's doing and have product recommendations at the end. Because she didn't, I gain no valuable new information about my skin nor am I particularly motivated to keep on one specific skincare routine....which is a big factor in why I get facials. It would also be beneficial for the location because I'd be more willing to buy the products if I knew a single thing about them. At my other facial, I did drag some info out of her in the lobby at the end...but it was rushed and uncomfortable to talk about it there and they were out of stock of one of the things she recommended. Because of the previous experience, I decided not to ask for any product recommendations. There is nothing wrong with offering "What's best on the menu." it's literally 50 % what I'm there for! I've mostly used the massages for my monthly credit. But recent health improvements have made them unnecessary All of this is a little nit-picky, but I am going to be cancelling my monthly plan after being on it for over a year. It doesn't fit in my budget unless I find it to be very high value...and unfortunately I don't

Crystal is an amazing esthetician. I’ve been her client for over 2.5 years now and go every month once a month. She’s truly an expert in my skin and the ✨experience ✨overall. I deal with regular redness and dryness, but leaving the spa after a facial from her, you’d never know that. Crystal did my wedding skin prep a couple days before saying “I do” as well so I promise - she’s awesome! $80 a month ($100 after gratuity) is reasonable for me for what I get, and the double membership discount on product that happens a couple times a year is great for restocking my home skincare. Communication with the desk/office hasn’t always been perfect over the years, but Lizzie stepping in has been positive for the spa. She is a great manager and does her best with the resources that this spa gets. She’s a great communicator and has put a lot of energy into helping transform the spa and front desk staff My biggest qualm with hand and stone is that they changed the rewards program and it’s not as good tbh. But $80 facial compared to $120+ market price makes the rewards system basically moot for me personally so 🤷🏻‍♀️
