I've been a member for years now, and I have to say that Kristin, Haylee, and Zoey are amazing estheticians. I feel so completely relaxed when they perform my facials, and my skin is absolutely glowing with them. I had to go with someone different this week because none of them had appointments at the time I wanted it, and I have social events this weekend. Long story short I had a woman with first initial R, who had a vendetta against my face for some reason. She massaged my face like she was massaging a WWWF contender's back. She saw that I was in pain, and said is something wrong? I said your pressing too firm and she went on to tell me that I must just be real sensitive. She said it throughout my massage in a condescending way, and was massaging my neck so hard that when I left instead of feeling relaxed I had a headache and I was super annoyed, and whatever she put on my skin at one point burned. That has never happened before. I usually get specialized services but I did the regular facial this time. I will never book with her again. Again, I've loved every other esthetician that I have had.

I use Helen and she always gives me the best message, works on knots in muscles but doesn't have me screaming in pain. At 75 you don't want a hard pressure message. I have a membership the best way to go. Can't wait for next month's massage. Thank you Helen.
