The staff was very professional and friendly. My masseuse was Aquira and omgggg that massage was so perfect. She had the right amount of pressure and the areas I needed less pressure she accommodated. I would definitely come back. I highly recommend.

I just wanted to share how amazing my experience was with Mackenzie, the manager at Hand & Stone. I called in wanting some specifics about memberships and services, and was told the manager would give me a call back to go over everything. Mackenzie got back to me really quickly, super prompt and professional! From the moment we spoke, she was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure all my questions were answered. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and her team. She gave great recommendations for therapists for me to see and enhancements to add on, based off my needs. I was impressed, but still nervous, so she invited me in for a tour. I thought, why not! When I stopped by the spa, the atmosphere was so relaxing and welcoming. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. Mackenzie especially stood out to me. She has this calm, reassuring energy that makes you feel totally comfortable, even if you’ve never had a massage or facial before (like me!). I’m currently away on a business trip for a few months, but I’ll definitely be signing up for the membership with Mackenzie as soon as I’m back in town. Hand & Stone is lucky to have her!

I'm writing this review to let the manager know that Charlese was very helpful and professional in given me the information I needed to do to start the process of canceling by membership. I had called and spoke with Diane and Jasper and they stated the Manager McKenzie would give a call back to discuss canceling the membership. I called 5 times on 10/8 and she never called back. She is very unprofessional as Manager. I would suggest she needs to be trained in good customer service. Thank goodness When I walk in on 10/8 , I was greeted with great customer by Charlese and given great information about my situation.. So the 5 stars are for her professionalism and her excellent customer service. She should be elevated to manger.
