Booked a Swedish with Anna and she worked some serious therapy magic on my back, neck and legs!! She recommended mini cupping for my back to pull out what needed to be released instead of pushing in, which I hadn’t tried before and am so glad I did. Anna was also great at educating me about the importance of stretching before and after exercise to prevent tension building up. Highly recommend Anna for those who prefer medium/firm pressure & need someone to really work out knots/deep tension — 10/10!! 👏🏻👏🏻
