Hand &Stone In Orem is a fantastic spa. I have had massages from several different therapists and everyone has been a positive experience. Today was with Celina and WOW! She was amazing. She listened to me and it was a great experience. I left feeling much better. I have struggled with back issues for years and the care I receive there has really made a difference.

Huge shoutout to Hand & Stone in Orem, Utah for their kindness and hospitality. Even though I wasn’t there for a service, they generously allowed me to use their Tesla charger, which was incredibly helpful and much appreciated. Customer service like that really stands out. My wife is scheduled to get a massage and facial, and after this experience, we’re already impressed before her appointment even happens. Went to Hand and Stone in Orem, on a recommendation from some great friends. I asked for Austin on the basis that I needed someone who could really take care of some very kinked muscles. Austin was exceptional! I found he knew exactly what my muscles needed and at no point did I feel overexposed or immodest. He was a true professional, plus at Hand and Stone you have access to a button you can call those in the front to you at anytime as a safety measure. What an amazing feature. I will definitely be booking with him again. Chloe at the front desk was awesome! Her kindness and knowledgeable. She took extra time to answer my questions and help me find the services that best suited my budget and needs.

Celina is the BEST! Every time I leave my massage appt with her, I feel 10x better. She is so knowledgeable and makes great suggestions for extra ways to help my body if needed. She uses the perfect pressure. I can feel her getting the tight spots without it being painful. Highly recommend booking with Celina. She is also so kind and respectful.
