I’ve been going to Effie for 7 years for both cut and color, and have always been happy with her work. I get compliments on my hair all the time, and it feels healthy despite the frequent bleaching (I change my mind often, and Effie is always up for the challenge lol). I've done many different variations of the warm blonde shade (see photo of my last dye) with Effie and it's a testament to her amazing work that my hair has kept its volume & gloss over 5+ years of bleaching and color processing. The stylists at Hare Studio are pretty unlimited in the types of haircuts they offer and they can easily work off pictures or examples you bring in. They provide kids haircuts as well. The studio is spacious & has a chill energy with clients typically setting the vibe for how chatty they want their appointment to be.

I have been going to Effie since I moved to NYC last year. Effie is hands down, the best stylist I have ever gone to. Last year I did a blonde balayage and Effie helped me choose the perfect color for my skin tone and my naturally black hair was extremely healthy! The haircut Effie gives me always suits and complements my face shape and I get so many compliments! As someone who doesn’t style their hair, it’s the perfect haircut to just air dry and get going.
