Absolutely loved my experience at HB Nails in Madison! No appointment needed — I walked in and was immediately greeted with a friendly “How may we help you?” I waited less than 5 minutes before being seated. My nail tech, Alycat, was amazing. She took her time, was sweet, pleasant, and truly attentive. I went all out with builder gel and gel nail polish 💅, plus an aromatherapy pedicure with gel polish, and everything turned out beautifully. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, and even the other patrons added to the vibe. It honestly felt like a little party — laughter, smiles, girl talk, and such a fun, inviting atmosphere. I 100% recommend HB Nails and will definitely be back! 💖

I love the new owners, and the entire staff seem very welcoming. Walk-ins only, but they gave us an approximate time we’d have to wait, and got us in quicker than expected.The salon is very clean. I highly recommend! Update: My most recent visit was just as great as my last. I asked if they could do an ombré french gel manicure - of course they could. I was pleasantly impressed!! Update: A festive snowflake for the holidays!! ❄️
