But Meghan was fantastic - very experienced and really listened to and understood how I wanted my hair and took care in making sure I was happy with the result. Had a haircut in the Tunbridge Wells branch yesterday as a last minute appointment. I love my hair. What a transformation! Ellie listened, understood the concerns, suggested the next steps and was so partient and so diligent. I felt it was a treat, starting from a lovely cup of coffee, massage chair, head massage and finishing with a perfect haircut. I really felt good after the appointment. Everyone noticed the transformation.

I recently had highlights by Amber, and I couldn’t be happier with the results ❤️ Amber really listened to what I wanted and took the time to talk through the shade and placement to make sure it would suit my skin tone and natural colour. The tones she created are absolutely beautiful — warm, glossy, and perfectly blended. The highlights look so natural and add so much dimension and brightness to my hair without feeling overdone. The whole experience was lovely from start to finish. Amber was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. My hair feels healthy and refreshed, and I’ve had so many compliments already! I would highly recommend booking with Amber. She is the best and amazing at what she does. I’ll definitely be coming back!
