Shanice & Gaia were incredible. Shanice did my hair so perfectly and exactly how I wanted after I came in from a bad hair experience she turned my colour so nice and it suited me so so well! She advised me and was patient and kind. Gaia has amazing customer service she is so friendly and helpful. 5 stars for both of them

I went to the store for a cut, colour and blow dry. Unfortunately the booking was running very late and as a consequence I was not able to finish the full service. I have still given four stars at Joanna really tried her best to get it done, had great customer service and did a great job on the colour (which I didn’t get to thank her for as I ran out). Bookings do seem to be booked to closely together and it doesn’t seem fair on the staff. I was compensated for the loss of the remaining services without needing to ask.
