First time with Lauren doing Balayage on my overall grey hair. We discussed colours for quite a while because she wanted to be absolutely sure that she was doing what I wanted. And she did a fantastic mix of colours on my hair. I am delighted with the finish, some grey coming through balanced by lots of soft blonde tones so regrowth will not be too pronounced. Lauren is very professional and an excellent colourist.

Lying on a massage chair added to the tranquility, making it a comfortable experience. The deluxe blow-dry that followed felt like something out of a hair commercial, leaving me feeling absolutely fabulous. I've dubbed it the Celebrity experience!
