Visited Heaven Hair & Beauty Salon today and had a fantastic experience. Saira did a wonderful job with my hair — I got my roots done, a toner treatment, and a cut, and she was brilliant throughout. The staff were so attentive, checking on me regularly and offering beverages. I also had a pedicure followed by a massage and facial, and I was so relaxed I actually nodded off! The team were great at explaining each product they used and made the whole experience feel really comfortable. I’d definitely recommend them — the staff are lovely and the service is excellent.

Sadia worked her magic on my hair today, it was the first time I have ever had my hair coloured, I was very nervous but Sadia was there to guide me through the process. Initially I was quite shocked at my colour as I feel it’s completely changed my entire look and face but have had lots of compliments. This was a balayage without bleach.

Yesterday I had the most amazing experience with the girls. I had alot of treatments done due to just being oit of hospital. From me phoning and just that first phone call to the girls in Salon it was a stress free experience and I found that really helpful and allowed me to feel calm and secure to be able to trust the information being given to me... once in salon the girls treated me like a princess and could not have been kinder. Not just my girl both girls in salon were so so kind and caring towards everyone in salon it made for me akmeone who steuggles wih anxiety feel safe. I actually fell asleep during some of the treatments.(which says alot as I dont sleep) and even though I was asleep during reflexology she was still able to tell me my.problem areas. The girls are so kind and know their stuff to. From the initial phone call I felt as if I was in safe hands and I most definitely was. The prices for what I got compared to other places was so much cheaper as well. If your looking to relax and feel comfortable and safe I highly recommend this place.

Saira and the other ladies working here are very warm, welcoming and friendly. I have felt as ease whilst having a variety of treatments and services, which are tailored for what i'm asking for at each appointment. Would highly recommend. As this salon is for women only it adds an extra level of trust and privacy.
