Located within the Hale Koa Hotel, very convenient and affordable for those staying at the Hale Koa or Hilton Hotels. They don’t have a whole spa area and the bathrooms are the hotel lobby restrooms. But if you are a guest at hale koe, the gym is not too far from it and you can shower before or after and enjoy the co ed sauna and steam room which is what I was looking for within the gym. Anyways you can book an appointment online, over the phone or in person. You put a card on file and they charge it during your visit or you have an option to change. The therapists are so nice and friendly! I booked appointments for my mom and dad, my dad’s was an 80 minute deep tissue with Kim, my mom had a 25 min relaxation with Sayaka, and I booked mine for the next day for a 50 minute fusion massage with Youn. All therapists were great and I really enjoyed my massage, she hit all of the spots and was very professional. They even have complimentary chocolate when you check out. The hotel parking is across the street and not super pricey, I think you can get validation? The front desk people were all really helpful and professional. To keep the costs low they don’t have other amenities but it is still a private company so they charge taxes.

Everyone I interacted with was so kind! Erika killed my nails and made me feel so comfortable. Special shoutout to Christie at the front desk she was so friendly. Absolutely will be coming back every trip I have to the Hale Koa.

I just got my haircut with Bill, and the experience was amazing! It’s been years since I’ve been looking for someone who truly knows how to cut wavy hair, and Bill did a beautiful job. I 100% recommend him!
