Customer Reviews for Heavenly Spa By Westin

Michi Arteaga — 5/5 (via Google)

My husband and I went to get couples massages! We loved the experience, we had hot towels first and then the massage I thought it was a nice detail. Our massage therapist were both amazing Xinia and Jean! They both listened to our concerns, and also asked throughout the massage if the pressure was good, we left happy and relaxed! We will be back very soon.

Jean was a fantastic massage therapist! He was very attentive and listened to what I wanted while ensuring I was comfortable. The spa as a whole was just ok to me, it was kind of dirty when I first arrived (dirty towels on the floor) but the waiting area was comfortable. There’s a hidden “service charge” will all the spa services which was very off-putting. It’s already very expensive.

One of the best spa experience we’ve had! The service is superb! The staff is so friendly and cheerful. Megan at the front desk and Charla the nail technician were sweet and lovely. All the staff is courteous and helpful. Being part of the Westin Hotel where we are staying is convenient especially for this unexpected frigid weather in South Florida. We are in love with this spa and we will come back next year!

Had an amazing experience at Heavenly Spa in Westin Hotel for my Bday. My masseuse name was Xinia and she was amazing. The parking is easy. They have valet parking., so Zero stress. Massage was amazing. Did the Jacuzzi as well. They have other great amenities such as the sauna as well. Highly recommended

Janyl Smith — 5/5 (via Google)

I had a spa pedicure and facial with Charmaine and she was fantastic! It was the most relaxing pedicure I’ve ever had, and my feet and nails looked amazing. The facial I received from her was top notch! She is extremely knowledgeable about the skin and various skincare products. Her gua sha technique was 10/10. My skin looked and felt incredible when she was finished. I’ll definitely be back. I also had an 80-minute massage with Jaimie that was terrific. She was super accommodating about my positioning needs and restrictions, and found a way to make the massage work while keeping me comfortable. The massage was amazing, and the happy hands add-on was just what I needed as someone who writes, types, and just uses her hands a lot. I’m sending my husband to her next! I absolutely recommend you see Charmaine and Jaimie when you visit this spa. Also, the woman at the front desk is absolutely lovely. Great experience all around!
