I surprised my fiancé with a spa day for his birthday and he enjoyed it! Marina was super helpful and sweet, she got us booked and checked it with ease. He said his therapeutic massage with Zenaupa (my apologies if I misspelled it) was one of the best he’s had. Beautiful ambiance and aroma inside, they even have swim wear in the front for purchase which is super convenient. I highly recommended.

Our experience was amazing from start to finish. Marina was very attentive and ensured that we enjoyed the sauna and beautiful facility. Our massages (Jenier and Zenayda) were wonderful! Highly recommend this beautifully decorated spa and can’t wait to return.

My mom and I had an amazing time at HeedSpa today! First, the location is perfect. Heed is literally steps away from the beach, right next to the big Hallandale water tower. Second, parking is to the right and the spa is on the left. You can’t miss it. Ashley and Shawn were our masseuses and they did a phenomenal job. I did not want my massage to end. Marina took care of us for the day and she made sure we were well taken care of. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing and smells refreshing. Overall HeedSpa has great vibes and an amazing staff. I will definitely be back. Thanks Marina, Shawn and Ashley. You all are amazing.

I had the most incredible experience at HeedSpa! From the moment I walked in, Marina at the front desk was so warm, welcoming, and professional. She made the check-in process seamless and set such a calming tone for my visit. My massage with Jenier was absolutely amazing. He is truly gifted at what he does. His pressure was perfect, he was attentive to my specific needs, and I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and renewed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients’ comfort and overall wellness. The entire environment was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. This was easily a 10/10 experience and I will definitely be returning. If you’re looking for a top-tier massage and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend booking with Jenier and letting Marina take care of you at the front desk!

This review is way overdue, but that’s because the experience Marina gave us has stayed with me for months. I’ve been meaning to make sure she gets the recognition she absolutely deserves. When my girlfriend and I stopped by Heat Spa in Hallandale after getting back from a cruise, we were exhausted and needed a place to decompress before our flight back to Austin, Texas. From the moment we walked in, Marina was extraordinary. She didn’t just help us, she took genuine, thoughtful, above-and-beyond care of both of us. She took incredible care of my girlfriend and made sure she had a wonderful experience. Marina made us feel completely at ease and so genuinely cared for, as if we were longtime friends rather than walk-ins needing a moment to breathe. The service she provided was so exceptional that even months later, I couldn’t forget to come back and write this review. That’s how impactful she was. We highly recommend anyone visiting Heat Spa to hope they get the chance to be helped by Marina. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care truly sets her apart. She deserves every bit of recognition!!! Thank you
