I wish I could give this place 10 stars! I’m from Boston and traveling to NYC for a work trip. I got my eyebrows done at a new place in Boston which totally butchered them. Sharmin at Heena’s threading salon came to my rescue! She evened out my eyebrows and even gave me tips on how to get them done for future. I also want to give her a huge thank you for not charging me. She was very upset at how the Boston place botched my eyebrows. I wish I lived in NYC because I would come here for all beauty services. Heena’s Threading Salon is the best! They did my brows for free on my birthday which was such a thoughtful surprise. Everyone there is so kind and welcoming, and they always make me feel comfortable. The best threading salon! I've only ever done my eyebrows with one person back home but ever since Sharmin has done my eyebrows, she was able to fix them and they've never looked better! Arti did my eyebrows and they came out so clean. I appreciate her attention to detail, especially the mid-lower eyelid area, as I often feel like a lot of other threading places tend to miss some baby hairs around that area. Her massage she does while applying the aloe vera after was also very soothing and relaxing! They were also super hospitable and made time for me even though they were about to close, which I especially appreciated. I’ve been coming for so many times since I first found it in the summer of 2025. I don’t go anywhere else now for brows!
